Reports APP, designed as a functional analysis system, primarily aims to provide inspectors and training coordinators with a detailed and structured view of student activity within online courses. This analysis includes key aspects such as participation, progress tracking, and attendance logging.

General Features

The Reports application allows for the configuration of different reports for various brands within the institution, as well as the inclusion of custom reports (available at an additional development cost).

The app retrieves all information from Anthology Elluminate (the Data Warehouse solution provided by Blackboard Learn), and data is updated daily.

Accessing the Application

Access is the same for users enrolled in the course with the Instructor or Student role. Once inside, the tool tailors the displayed information according to the user’s role.

To access the app, navigate to the right-hand side menu displayed in the courses.

From there, use the Books and Tools option.

Access to the application

This will bring up a menu on the right with all tools available in the course.

From this panel, select the tool named Reports Fundae (the name and icon of the tool are configurable).

Instructor Workflow

Virtual Classroom

The Virtual Classroom section focuses on student activity within sessions conducted in Class Collaborate.

A general view displays the time spent in each scheduled session and the total hours connected to these sessions.

Virtual Classroom

You can also expand this data per user, offering detailed information about the student’s connection and disconnection times for each session.

E-learning Evaluation

This section mirrors the grade center, showing total submission percentages and the final grade each student will receive.

E-learning Time Tracking

The E-learning Time Tracking section focuses on the amount of time a student has spent in the classroom. In accordance with FUNDAE requirements, it allows you to define the academic start and end dates so only data within that timeframe is included in calculations.

E-learning Time Tracking

In addition to general time spent in the course, you can expand each student's data to analyze which tools were used most frequently.

E-learning Hour Breakdown

This section offers similar filtering to E-learning Time Tracking, but includes an additional parameter — the user identifier. This is especially useful as it displays user activity for each hour of the day within the selected timeframe. Once downloaded, the report allows for excluding undesired hours, especially if the student is required to take the course during working hours.

E-learning Hour Breakdown

By User

This section is especially helpful for analyzing a single student’s activity across multiple classrooms. Start by filtering by user, which will display all courses they are enrolled in.

By User

Once the required courses are selected, you can execute the report to retrieve the data. The results will be displayed in tables, each with a header referencing the course, as well as a TOTAL table that sums up all data across courses.

Student Workflow

For students, the tool only shows the amount of time they have been connected to the classroom and had that time logged. This helps them verify whether they’ve met the minimum required activity time to be considered eligible under FUNDAE standards.
